If you're using our Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our Service.

2. Service Description and Availability

2.1 Our Service

Ready Up (operated by Chartis gg, Inc.) is the creative headquarters for UGC (User-Generated Content) creators to showcase skills, collaborate with other creators, and access tools for development of UGC games. Our platform integrates with Epic Games services to provide enhanced creator discovery, Fortnite island analytics, and social features for the creator community.

2.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend service for maintenance, security issues, or legal compliance. All service is provided on an as-is basis

2.3 Service Changes

We may modify, update, or discontinue features. All features are provided on an as-is basis.

2.4 Beta Features

Some features may be marked as "beta," "experimental," or "preview." These features are provided as-is and may be unstable or incomplete.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your account information current.

3.2 Account Security

You're responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities under your account
Immediately notifying us of unauthorized access

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, illegal activity, or extended inactivity (12+ months) at our sole discretion.

3.4 Data Retention After Termination

Upon account termination:

Closed accounts: Personal data deleted within 30 days of account closure, except for legal retention requirements
Creator portfolio data: May be retained to maintain platform integrity and creator attribution
Usage analytics: Aggregated and anonymized after 24 months
Security logs: Retained for 12 months for security monitoring and fraud prevention
Communication records: Deleted after 12 months unless required for legal compliance

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create and upload ("Your Content"). However, by submitting Your Content to Ready Up, you grant us extensive rights as described below.

4.2 Comprehensive License to Ready Up

Important: By uploading, posting, or otherwise submitting Your Content to Ready Up, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and fully sublicensable license to use Your Content in any way we choose, without limitation, including the right to:

Use, copy, reproduce, distribute, and display Your Content in any format, medium, or technology now known or later developed
Create derivative works based on Your Content, including modifications, adaptations, translations, and new creations
Commercial exploitation of Your Content for any business purpose, including advertising, marketing, promotion, and revenue generation
AI training and machine learning using Your Content to train, develop, and improve artificial intelligence systems, algorithms, and models
Sublicense these rights to third parties, partners, and service providers without restriction
Combine Your Content with other content, data, or materials
Use Your Content for research, development, analytics, and product improvement
Public performance and display of Your Content across any platform, service, or medium

4.3 No Compensation or Attribution Required

You acknowledge and agree that:

No payment is owed to you for our use of Your Content under this license
No attribution is required when we use Your Content
No approval from you is needed for specific uses of Your Content
No limitation exists on how we may use, modify, or distribute Your Content
These rights survive even if you delete Your Content or terminate your account

4.4 AI Training and Machine Learning Rights

Explicit AI Training Consent: Your Content will be used to train, develop, and improve AI systems, machine learning models, and algorithmic technologies. This includes:

Training large language models and generative AI systems
Developing recommendation algorithms and content analysis tools
Creating automated content moderation and safety systems
Building predictive analytics and user behavior models
Any other AI or machine learning applications we choose to develop

You cannot opt out of AI training use of Your Content. If you do not agree to AI training use, do not submit Content to Ready Up.

4.5 Epic Games Integration Data Usage

When you connect your Epic Games account to Ready Up, we collect your Epic Account ID, display name, basic profile information, and friends list (with your permission). We access publicly available Fortnite island performance metrics through Epic's Data API, including play counts, favorites, and engagement statistics. This data may be combined with Your Content for analytics, AI training, and platform development.
You can connect or disconnect your Epic Games account at any time through your account settings. We cannot access your Epic Games payment information, private messages, or detailed gameplay data.

4.6 User-Generated Content Standards

Despite our broad license rights, Your Content must not:

Violate third-party intellectual property rights, including Epic Games' content policies
Contain illegal, harmful, or deceptive material
Include personal information of others without consent
Promote hate speech, violence, or harassment
Violate our Community Guidelines or Epic Games' Community Rules
Contain inappropriate content for the gaming creator community

4.7 Content Moderation

We may review, remove, or restrict access to content that violates these Terms, but we have no obligation to monitor or moderate Your Content. Our broad license rights continue to apply even to content we remove from public display.

5. Platform Usage Rules

5.1 Permitted Uses

You may use Ready Up to:

Create and showcase your UGC creator portfolio
Connect with Epic Games services to display your Fortnite islands
Collaborate with other creators in the community
Access creator tools and development resources
Participate in creator discovery and networking

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Use automated systems to access our Service without permission
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt our Service
Impersonate others or provide false information
Engage in commercial activities outside designated areas
Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

5.3 Creator Responsibilities

As a UGC creator using Ready Up, you must:

Comply with Epic Games' Creator Guidelines and Community Rules
Maintain accurate portfolio and profile information
Respect intellectual property rights in your creations
Follow our Community Guidelines and platform standards
Provide accurate information about your Fortnite islands and creations

6. Creator Collaboration and Platform Features

6.1 Creator Community Features

Ready Up facilitates connections between UGC creators and provides collaboration tools. We are not party to collaboration agreements between creators unless explicitly stated.

6.2 Creator Payouts (When Applicable)

For future monetization features:

Payout processing within 30 days of eligibility
Minimum payout threshold: $50
Tax documentation required for payments over $600 annually
International payouts may incur additional fees

6.3 Epic Games Integration Benefits

Our Epic Games integration provides:

Enhanced creator discovery through Fortnite island data
Social features connecting Epic Games friends
Portfolio showcasing with real performance metrics
Cross-platform creator networking

6.4 Creator Standards

All creators using Ready Up must:

Comply with Epic Games' Creator Guidelines and Community Rules
Maintain accurate creator profile information
Respect intellectual property rights
Follow our Community Guidelines

7. Privacy and Data Protection
